Q Do I have to dispose of the weeds?
A Only if you want to. We will take the weeds out of the water and dispose of them for you.

Q When is the best time get started?
A Any time from January1st to May 28th. Keep in mind a permit may take 4-6 weeks from time of request.

Q Do we have to have the weeds removed each year?
A Just like your lawn the weeds will come back. If you want your bond or lake to be weed free then the weeds need to be removed each year.

Q Is there are risk to the fish?
A There is a slight risk for fish, but most of the fish stay out in the deep water during the weed removal, which reduces and in most cases eliminates the risk.

Q Are regulatory permits required?
A Yes, if over 2500 sq ft in submerged vegetation, and No if under 2500sq ft. Rules and regulartions are subject to change. Contact your local DNR or fisheries office for the most up-to-dates regulations.
